Lagardère Travel Retail Pacific is an international travel retail company that operates a number of exciting brands around the globe. With over 120 Australian & New Zealand stores located in dynamic environments including airports & commuter hubs we are a fast paced organisation meeting the needs of people on the move.
To support the recent opening of our Aelia Duty Free stores at Christchurch International Airport we are setting up a brand new DC and now need to fill some vital roles!
Your role as a Warehouse Team Member is responsible for assisting in the overall Bond (customs controlled) operation and distribution of inventory to allocated stores in addition to receiving, distribution, and inventory management.
The ideal person will have loads of energy, the ability to take initiative, work as part of a close knit team and have a real desire to grow and develop new skills.
Previous experience in a similar role with exposure to working in a large scale warehouse environment is essential.
And on top of that you will need to be:
- Computer literate at a beginner or intermediate level
- Accurate with a sense of urgency and a strong work ethic
- Physically fit as the role does involve manual lifting of stock
- A current Class 2 Driver's, Reach or Fork lift license will be a big advantage.
Our operational hours for the DC will be Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm however some flexibility is needed during our busy periods. We are currently recruiting for full-time (40 hrs per week) and part-time (24 - 32 hours per week) positions.
